I actually like Paolo Nutini better live than on his album. This is so raw and emotional. The energy put into this song is like radiating off of him.
But if you listen it again and again you will like it!!! Love both cd's!

heavy drinking isn't even bad. It increases passion in life. Though, not everyone can get drunk everyday and function. Thats where the roots come in I suppose. I enjoy it haha. I can relate to Paolo more because of it. about the same age and all. Im not scottish, but I am part italian and have a welsh background.

hey now! for those of you knockin "sunny side" up...well i didnt like it either first listen. but it has alot of depth to it an i think i actually like it more than these streets now. that said, i've always thought the way he does songs live is better. accent an everything, more authentic and more emotion in the music in my opinion. maybe thats a given? take it how you will.

@gnostical glasweigens can be mistaken for being drunk whilst singing but paolo nutini seriously is wasted 99% of times he plays at gigs, look it up, he's got a serious drinking problem
ok i love paolo nutini and this song is one of his best, but i hate listening to songs he's done live! this one's a pile of shite compared to the origional, the word slurring thing is so annoying :S
