my doge coin went from 140 per day down to 110. this started back in fall. Also the halving estimate was kind of close to bitcoin, now its 300 days apart. i feel so bad for anyone who bought the l7 and didnt even receive them yet.
Have you considered using a coin switching pool such as Prohashing or Zergpool? There are several coins that use Scrypt and LTC may not be the most profitable. Using Prohashing, you can monitor electrical use and daily profit on the graph, provided all the password arguments have been entered. I have 23 L3+ on Prohashing right now, and according to their charts, I am making $55 per day and using $25 in electricity at 0.056/kWh. ($55-$25=$30. $30/23=$1.23 per machine per day. Not much, but > $0). I'm using HiveOS firmware, so 504MH @ 660W per machine.
Just hoping my L7 pays for itself eventually before a newer miner crushes it. Beginning to think the only one who profits in the end is the Asic manufacturers. Can't believe people are dumb enough to buy aftermarket for L7 's and others. Paying $30,000-$50000 for an asic is just plain bonkers. I've got $18,000 CND into it and kind of think I'm nuts at that price.
@@RabidMining........yea I guess. Bought it right from bitmain in China. Nerve wrecking sending that kind of cash over there with no recourse if nothing shows up. Only took 8 months to arrive.....🙄
Another example on the critical limits of most ASIC hardware. GPU mining is not that far away though, difficulty keeps rising on ETH, i guess the merge officially delayed, reinforced some bullish miners but who can really blame them :) Have a great weekend my brother Rabid and keep on turning off outdated money machine ;)
KD Box pro is sweet ... great 👍 ... I still have my L3’s running with the low power cost 90% of what it mines is still profits for me .. so I will keep them going until some of the other ASIC I purchased comes in lol ..
I use to run it on prohashing but guess I could run around pool testing again litecoinpool in the past was better then prohashing nicehash poolin previously
I don't understand. If you believe crypto is going to go up, shouldn't we be always trying to get as much as we can, even if the electric bill puts us in the red?
I’m only at .08/kWh, so I’m still loving mining with the L3s. Now that you can get them for under $500 on eBay again, I’m building up my mining farm to its max capacity of 48 L3s. Once I hit 48 total units in a month or so, then I’ll slowly begin replacing each unit with something more efficient. For now though, L3 is the way to go for me, as long as I’m just stacking and waiting for 20-cent Doge and $200 Litecoin.
How many $ you pay a day? Would just keep it running and get a small bag Edit see you pay around 2.38$ per day so would just let it keep running personally
11 cents isn't worth 660w of power am locked in at $0.065 cents per kwh but distribution fees and transfer fees and some other fee push's that to like $0.15 cents dropping 660w could drop me down to $0.013-0.014 cents due to the way the power companies charge for all my rigs turning off a smarter move.
you just realized this now, I have been dealing with the difficulty problem for months, also the increase in the l7 hashrate has pushed the halving closer by 200 days since last year. I run all 8 of my L3+ at 400 mhz @ 9.38v. This gives me a W/MH of 1.34. The tuned setting that you were using gave me a average rating of 1.43.
at the price take over 20 month just to ROI at 7 grand even at 300 a day but who to say dif goes up and les profit soon and then it was take not 2 years but 3 years to MAYBE ROI! ill wait till its a price by the company where i can ROI in 12 months are less! PLZ God get the hardware prices to ROI in 6 Months it just hwy robbery
Difficulty Can Hurt A Coin Worse Then A Price Dip Thoughts On This?

Definitely what's ur thoughts on a m31 or m32 for under$5000 each
Not sure will have to look into then and see.

As always great content and sorry to see it’s off to sleep land .. 😢
L7’s made all other LTC miners obsolete imo
Agree
Now that your l3 is off, can you run a test with it. Try using it at prohashing to compare profit?
I use to run it on prohashing but guess I could run around pool testing again litecoinpool in the past was better then prohashing nicehash poolin previously
Very true, I bought this as a solar only experiment
The moment of silence is what happens after you turn it off and the fan noise dies down.
It already made no noise from the fan swap :)
Literally been feeling the same way
ya getting crazy
My ASICS are all on Bitcoin.....gotta roll with it... lol

Depends how you run yes for sure but if the hardware is red would make more buying the coin for the power costs
@@RabidMining Great point! Thanks a lot!
Sad days..😢
My single mini Doge has gone from 7+ doge/day to 4.5.. i turned my Z9 mini asic off last month...
ya crazy this is just a hint of what GPUs are going to be like after ETH not sure if anyone watching these are even making the connection.
What are you cpu mining ?
Testing a few coins out

@@RabidMining if that's how the electric cost works there then it would be better correct.
Did you turn on the l3 yet? LTC is on for a bull run soon
Nope still off LTC is a very small portion of profit its all from DOGE
is that mini one an HS lite?
The big one was the HS Lite the small RGB is a KD Box PRO
