I think what should be done if blizzard miraculously adds this into the game is to have it play when a specific character gets a POTG, so instead of the POTG always having the same music, there's one that plays for each character.

Jotaro theme for cassidy just as a refrence to jojo they share the same voice actor also Cole is a cowboy and jotaro was inspired my Clint Eastwood charecter that was a cowboy aswellso it fits perfectly

Some thoughts: I feel that Kiriko's should be a faster version of her theme, maybe a DnB remix of it. For those with short ultimates, it could be just a short leitmotif with a few notes like Sigma's. I feel that some chimes would go well with Mei's blizzard.

Could also do a leitmotif or short musical bite, since Doomfist's theme for example starts out with a very clear three brass instrument keys and has a repeating four key violin playing under it. Or something like that, I'm not a music person. Anyway, it's short enough that it would be recognizable like the unique sound bites that special enemies in some of the pve events got. Another example is Left 4 Dead's special zombie themes. It probably wouldn't work very well with ultimates and would be best limited to highlight intro bits, but that implementation still sounds neat.

Mercy's should be the Overwatch 2 remix of TLT's No Mercy, which is objectively better than the first one. Junkrat's should be a song from Men At Work. Literally any song, especially Down Under. Ramattra's should be the Spider-Man 3 Black Suit theme.
