Yuzu has been the main skater for Fantasy on Ice for years. Yuzu’s performances are always so cool. He choreographed this routine himself. He would say he can’t dance but is trying to learn. 😂 Yes, he’s a superstar & I agree with you that when he stopped being a competitive athlete & now is professional he is even greater than before. U can check out his solo ice show called "GIFT". He had 2 bands playing live including the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra. It's a master piece by Hanyu and he is the ice show director. A must see 2 hour show!

Thanks Max! I was waiting for your review of this performance, because it's just awesome!!! Yuzuru is just already a God of dancing, skating, with rap rhythms. By the way, he said in his interview that "It's hard to stop," he has a very high sliding speed, so "It's easier to drive than to stop." Did you notice the splits at the end of the performance? All Faoi2023 programs are skated to live music. SOI2023 was also skated/danced to live music which I believe you have already seen Ashura-chan. Yuzuru actually choreographs all his dances himself. I believe he is a natural dancer who has an excellent sense of rhythm as he has with his skating. The man is talented in all aspects, though he keeps denying that he can dance..

Yuzu is a greit dancer, he is self studying various kind of dances and experimenting it on ice! He invented a new kind of art and now we are looking to the Tour B on Fantasy on Ice next week with a new collaboration artist. We are expecting a new program and new costumes 🤩🤩🤩

Artists always fall in love with him. He has been the leading artist/star/skater of faoi for a long time now. You should really check out his collabs with Toshi - Masquerade (2019), crystal memories(2019).. with Shinya Kiyozuka - Haru yo koi(2018) Taisei Miyakawa - Raison(2022).. Notre Dame de Paris(2022) (please don't miss it if you haven't watched it yet) All brilliant programs..and there are lots of other programs too like The final time traveler in collaboration with Sarah Alainn which are not from faoi..I hope you'll watch & post your reaction to all of them my friend 😊 also don't forget to watch faoi opening & closing coz Yuzu always rocks 😃👍🏼❤️

@@coffeereaction Yes, Yuzu performed Notre Dame de Paris before. It was his free program for season 2012-2013 Iirc. Last year at faoi he performed it with live music. Dance my Esmeralda is one of the finest moments from last year's faoi & certainly a program to always watch & remember. Yuzu's growth is so enormous, it's breathtaking to watch. Extremely beautiful & emotional. I hope you'll enjoy it 😊

Fantasy on Ice is always with live music. I recommend you to watch 2019 Fantasy on Ice with singer TOSHI. They performed Masquerade and Crystal Memories together and it was mind blowing. Toshi became a huge fan of Yuzu😂
Yuzu always tells the singers to perform as they like even if if the interpretation is a little different from the original. He loves creating live masterpieces. It's like a musician session. He is amazing.

Hi Mustafa, you didn't comment on his ending pose in if. There is a video clip of his ending pose when he did a split shown by wide angle camera. That was so cool for a guy who is 28.5 yrs old doing a beautiful split on ice.Yuzu is just so creative and amazing! His shows are all quality assurance😆

The band is Da Pump (the singers ISSA and KIMI), the song's name is "If...". The sudden end with the 180° split is crazy (the video doesn't show it properly), Yuzuru's control and ability to match the music (live music!) is incredible. The artist that have collaborated with Yuzuru always praised and remember the experience very fondly as hi respects the music and the musicians, creating a very unique synergy. Ha! Ha! Actually the people who participate competitions and Olympics are called amateur skaters in Figure skating world. He actually turns into professional skaters when he quitted competing. He also said in his turning pro press conference that he doesn't know why this is happening in Figure skating and he decide to take his pro career into a high level and stage.
You're thinking of Ashura-chan, which he skated originally in GIFT, then in Stars on Ice, 2023. "IF" is the song, Da Pump is the group. It was a spectacular performance, wasn't it? :)
