Yeah mate the strawberry Fanta was a flavour explosion in my mouth, so nice. Yeah you should try some crocodile if you ever come across it I was not expecting much, but it was great. And you know how honest I am when it comes to food.

It is an imitation of the real floating markets, hyped up to funnel all the tourist money to Pattaya which was originally a small fishing village which turned into a port for the lonely soldiers from The Vietnam Invasion for R and R after which it continues to be the biggest brothel in asia. Its near the ocean and has some beaches, so Chinese and world tourists flock to pattayas polluted beaches. travel to some of island beaches, avoid pattaya. ......Find the real Floating markets don't waste your money on hyped up fake tourist's traps. Thailand is a wonderfull place full of ancient history and lovely people and amazing food and culture.
You need the strawberry Fanta to leave an offering for Buddha, it seems to be the norm. Was the croc meat really croc??? OfCourse you can put your trust in the market vendors.
Yeah I’ve noticed that, they always put the strawberry Fanta out for the offering. I don’t want to seem like someone who is totally uncultured but I don’t understand why they put the Fanta there with straws as if they’re offering it to drink but of course that’s not going to happen. Again, I don’t want this to sound rude, but I cannot understand that whole offer thing. Nothing like that has ever been in my culture in Australia, but I would definitely love for someone to answer it for me 🙏🏽 I would say the crocodile was real. Well, I hope it was!

Maybe a Thai can answer so we both know. Ps - red Fanta is great for neutralizing the very spicy Thai food.

Been through culinary school & worked as a boutique butcher for 6 years. Chickens would be much easier to raise/have on hand, and you wouldn't have to take the risk of hunting crocs. Also, chickens would be a lot less expensive to keep.
