It's not just this issue is it. It's his attitude this year full stop, which was polarised in the Newcastle game. It's his crap celebration against Spurs, ignoring the fans and making that pathetic hand gesture.
He's basically gone back to how he was before Ten Hag arrived. If we want to get back to building a decent squad then we can't have players doing this. It's a big distraction and a bad influence on other players, particularly the youngsters coming through.

As a liverpool fan (and football in general) i demand and expect all players to be passionate, professional and respectful for the club, the manager and the fans. There are never even rumours of this happening over here and i can completely ignore bias here and say hes a fantastic player and would benefit the team. But id never ever want him to join... It baffles me how Mark continuously defends Ten Hag. In no aspect is Ten Hag doing any sort of a good job at United. Style of play? Non existent. Signings? Average. Game management? Bad. Substitutions? Bad. Heck, even basic things like getting them playing like a team and instilling a mentality of winning, even that Ten Hag can't do. People said ten Hag treated Rashford differently than Sancho. But it's 2 different situations. With Sancho, it started with ten Hag giving his opinion of a player's form. It's really nothing to begin with. The best players have been criticised by their managers at some point. Sancho went out there in public and blew the issue out of proportion. He called the gaffer a liar. That's serious. Rashford, on the other hand, his issues have been kept internal, rightly so. He didn't go out there to challenge the boss after he's found out. There's no need for ten Hag to divulge more because that's how it should be. Sancho forced ten Hag's hand. Though I'm not saying Rashford has done no wrong.

Why does Goldbridge keep defending Rashford? His goal scoring record isnt that good - 1 every 3 games, compared to 1 every 1.5 for someone like Kane or, Salah. They score x2 as often - and provide way more assists and track back!
