I met my now bestfriend at bar because her "friends" at the time left her stranded. She was highly intoxicated and I noticed two men staring at her and asking her if shr needed a ride home. I swooped in like an eagle and pretended like she was with my friends and I. Best decision ive made. Who knows what couldve happened to her that night. RIP to this sweet soul in the video. Praying for everyone. 🙏🏾❤️
I've been in a situation like this before. My friend and me went to the club got sloshed, I was ready to go... but she wasn't. She admitted to me she was looking for a nightcap... if you catch my drift. I refused to leave her. I told her "heifer we came together we're leaving together and if you want you can have him follow to your spot and pick you up from there but you're going to arrive safely and on camera exiting this car." Now the few friends I have don't give this a second thought. We dance, drink and go to the bathroom TOGETHER. Too much happening in this world to not have a someone watching your back.
@Khenrab Rigsel I watch enough crime TV to know the last person to see them alive is first pointed to be the culprit. 😅 however, I was truly worried for her she didn't know who she was leaving with and with us and because our mothers knew each other I didn't want it be said I left her and something happened to her.
I was just going to say… Nobody should ever have to worry about things like this, what is the major malfunction with the people we live amongst? Is there something to even place the blame on, or is it just the general brainwashing that comes from TV, movies, internet, etc.? Something is going on with them to where they don’t see the other person as a living being with thoughts and feelings, otherwise they wouldn’t be able to just extinguish their lives without a second thought. Or would they?
I remember this case as if it had happened yesterday. She was part of my graduating class. It was so sad to see her mom and sister receive her degree. May Imette rest in peace.
In a sad way, but very likeky, her murder saved someone else life or lives. He's a sick predator who was on a murderous rampage and we may never know but this was not his 1st murder. He cleaned his home (mother was in a nursing home) with bleach, therefore he knew and had done this before. Imette made a very poor decision however, very dangerous, it cost her life
@fernfreeman Sorry but I don't like the whole "her murder saved someone else life/lives" bullshit. Someone STILL got KILLED regardless because in the end it was going to be someone sooner or later.
I hope Claire doesn’t blame herself. I’m sure this has been hard for her, but I hope she knows this wasn’t her fault! Rest in peace sweet, smart, beautiful Imette.
In 1988, a friend of mine wanted to go shopping in New York during February vacation. We (the crew) did not want her to go alone & promised to go the following weekend. She went without us & was murdered in Brooklyn. We always hung in large groups. If one left, we all left even if some weren't ready to go. It was hard losing our girl like that because we weren't there to protect her.
@@donrome3835 Yes they did. There were witnesses who were slow to call the police, and he shot a taxi driver trying to get away. I heard he only did 5 years.
Advice to all: VOTE REPUBLICAN so violent savages cannot run our streets and so the innocent can legally defend themselves with deadly force. Only go where there is law and punishment for crime! Stay out of Democrat SHITHOLES like New York, Illinois or California and chances are this will not happen to you!
Just stop. What about when your friend refuses to go home, even when it's very late and you are exhausted? Even when you beg them to leave? They are not your children, and there is a point where you can only do so much. It's nobodies fault but the killer, what happened.
I had a friend who was notorious for hooking up with guys and leaving the group. There are people who are their own worst enemies. Drinking too much us a warning sign.
@@Nikki_the_G they don’t have to be your children for you to be concerned about their safety.🤦🏽♀️ It’s not the friends fault that she was killed but she should have never left her alone. Especially since she was so intoxicated. I would never do that to a friend, no matter how much they get on my nerves. I would have stayed until she was ready to go or drug her behind out of that bar, but NEVER leave her by herself. True friends are hard to find these days. Smh.
Never thought about it. We all heard of Jeffery Damher, Ted Bundy, etc. but we never remember a single victims name. Wow.... the way you put it is so true. The villian wins n gets the spotlight in the end of every headline
This is crazy bro the fact that you shedding light on these otherwise forgotten cases is unbelievable a lot of them get lost in NYC lure because there’s always a new case in the city
When my friends and I were younger, and we would frequent bars and nightclubs… We all stayed together. No one was ever left behind. Whomever you went out with is who you go home with. There is always a designated driver. Sometimes some of us would have to leave early, but there were always other friends who would make sure everyone was safe. Sometimes it is not easy to reason with someone who is highly intoxicated. I have had many fights with many friends over the years. My heart breaks for the victims family. My heart breaks for her friend for the incredible guilt that she must feel.
It’s why no matter how big of a fight they put up, I’ll never leave a friend behind. It’s what my parents taught me & what I’m teaching my kid today. It’s sucks, it might be a hassle, it might ruin your night but it’s better than a lifetime of guilt & regret.
I won’t either. My friends have been drunk, there’s been arguments, they’ve wanted to go off with a guy but never have I left a friend behind and it will never happen. A drunk woman by herself late at night is just too much of a target. Not blaming the friend in this case but I can’t imagine leaving no matter what the situation, even if I had to call someone to come get my friend
When I did this I was always seen as the corny friend, because I would say: let’s go home so we don’t end up in 48 hours and friends are like: 😂. These friends don’t understand at the moment what we are trying to avoid, even my sibling doesn’t want to understand
I agree. I hope this young woman Claire has received counselling to help with her feelings about that night. In fairness to Claire, it was gone 3 a.m. they had all had a lot too drink but she was tired and wanted to go home. She did do everything she could to get her friend to go home. She must never blame herself, it was not her fault.
Why why why did she insist on staying out alone & drunk. She fights very publicly with her friend who wanted them to leave together, as they should. She wasn't meeting anyone, was drunk & would be ALONE. Like WTF?! I can't understand that kind of wreckless risk. The man who murdered her is an obvious waste of space but I dont think the family has the right to sue the state or PD over whether or not the murderer was being monitored. I think they'd be just as devastated if the murderer was a clean cut straight A college student.
My sister had a friend that was murdered in Jersey. It was a group of them that traveled from Staten Island to Jersey to hang out with some guys. My sister and her other friends left her there and they found her deceased on the train tracks. When talking about it my sister is so sad. This happened many years ago and she has many regrets
@@EvilIntentions …. Yeah. This happened when my sister was like 16. She’ll be 41 on the 18th. She said it was difficult for her and the friends to face the girl mother cause of what happened to her. I tell everyone this. There is safety in numbers. Might overpower one but not all of us
The authorities definitely fked up. Gave him a curfew and said 'yeah he'll defo follow that'. This could have been avoided if they actually checked him on the curfew and punished him for violating it. Cases like these get so much worse when you know there's so many things the police should have done.
I'm so tired of New York law. These criminals are always back in the streets until the do something horrific. It's frustrating. We need the death penalty so that they can't say that jails are being over crowded. He should've been locked up for at least 50 years before he got the job at the bar.
The unfortunate reality is that the death penalty has killed an incredible amount of innocents, as well as failed to curb violent crimes too. If you executed every inmate on death row, it wouldn't even make a dent in the overpopulation problem. The solution is better policing and more accountable tracking of convicted felons. The current practices in place are a joke.
I was locked up with him back in 2006 he was in the 23 and 1 unit north side I believe I was in the south side. He wore shades most of the times and was big as a house. I was big myself back then but this dude was on another level, I didn't get to close to where he standed I hope he rots in jail
Met Darryl LittleJohn on an interview at a bar/nightclub in Brooklyn that was interested in hiring law-enforcement personal only, he stood out specifically, because he was wearing a Bail-Enforcement/Bounty Hunter uniform/logo that looked official, don't know if they actually wear that, or not but he made it look legit, we exchanged numbers and stayed in touch regarding job information and I thought he was a Kool guy. I put him in touch with a contact of mine from Staten Island who was in the security business, I don't know whatever came of it, but I was later shocked to find out Darryl was responsible for this young lady death. I didn't know him very well, but the contact I did have with him, he appeared to be an alright guy, but you never know. May this young lady rest in peace.🙏
The bottom line is: if a person is inebriated, they are not 'capable' of making 'rational' decisions,no MATTER HOW MUCH THEY INSIST. DO NOT LEAVE THEM ALONE OR BEHIND,..PLEASE. May this young lady RIP,may GODS' COMFORT BLANKET HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
Easier said than done and also completely ignores situations where both/all parties are inebriated..... the friend was also drunk and literally did everything to help her friend. Had the friend been sober Im sure following your advice would have been MUCH easier but given the situation, the friend did all she could. As sad as it is to say, Inette isn't totally innocent, not that she should be blamed but it needs to be understood. Sometimes the ideal way of dealing with things is just that. An ideal, and not necessarily practically applicable in all scenarios
It eas not her friend fault, she tried and tried time and time again it, if someone was responsible was the criminal that did it and the person being irresponsible for their own safety
This case haunts me. Her sister was my six grade teacher. The look on Ms. St Guillens face at the press conference was heart breaking. The sweetest person ever. I hope immette is resting in peace.
The way you cover these stories should be studied. I appreciate how much context you add, and the care in which you tell the stories. Removing sensationalism & dramatic flair. Appreciate you king!
Bro, with all due respect. I'm a true crime fanatic and I believe you belong on television. Your voice compliments the stories, anyone can tell a story but the attention you draw is quite unique. ID channel, A&E, SOMEONE grab Jose Ortiz ASAP! It is much appreciated that you tell these stories, a lot of them i remember as i was born and raised in the Bronx, but a lot are either forgotten or hardly spoken of. Thank you for re-educating our generation and opening the eyes of the newer ones. Salute to you brother and God bless you and yours always!!!!!
My friends and I have ONE SOLID RULE when we go out! That We ALL came TOGETHER and We ALL LEAVE TOGETHER! It’s been over 25 years sense we put that rule in place and it is still in place today!
Great channel as a Harlem bread these stories captured what actually happens in the city to alot of people. I pray your channel gets more views cause your content is great and your ability to tell stories are also exceptional ❤❤❤❤ thank you for refreshing everyone's mind of what we actually see while growing up in the biggest city of the world beautiful yet dark and twisted ❤
Thank you so much for the kind words!! I grew up between Harlem and thrnuppwr weat side, down in Douglass and I've seen so much. As I'm sure we all have. I've always felt like these areas have history left untold and I needed to try and change that. Its dark history. But history regardless. These names should always be remembered. This was a wild place. Can't wait for you to see this next one.
The part where I'll never hold her children in my arms was the saddest part, took her dreams, goals and the ability to bring new life into the world, the blessing to be a mother, God rest her soul
if he had a criminal record how wasn’t his finger prints or dna able to get him convicted in his earlier crimes so he wouldn’t have been free to kill this women
I worked NYC EMS most of my adult life and am an avid true crime follower, thank you for how you shine light onto the victims of these crimes. Love your channel
I just ran into your channel on my feed. I must say this is one of the best channel that covers stories like these. I'm a bonafide NYKR ,, growing up in Spanish Harlem Living through the 80s & 90s. Growing up ad a teenager in this era I remember pretty much all these stories. I left after 911 NY wasn't the same and at this time I was raising a teenager and didn't want her to be exposed to this lifestyle. Don't get me wrong I will always love my home and go back every now n than, looking from the outside looking in, I must say this was the best decision I ever made in my life.. Keep these stories coming.. I'm binging on all your videos. God bless n much love
I hear you. NY is definitely somewhere I love being and love being from, however it's always good to get distance because things get too hectic. No place to raise a kid in my personal opinion. Too many situations where innocent victims pay with their lives. I have many more stories like these coming. Some from easy Harlem too. Some most have forgotten. Thank you so much for checking out the channel and thank you for the kind words!
@@EvilIntentions is there anyway you can do the story about a young female from Brooklyn NY (Gates Avenue)who was stabbed by her live in boyfriend who was older and sat behind the refrigerator and the boyfriend owned the brownstone This was like in the late 80's. Like 88 or 89 I'm not sure. Not sure about the year but I'm definitely sure about the murder
It’s truly sickening how many disgusting, perverted rapists there are in this world, women seemingly can’t do anything without the fear of being attacked sexually and or murdered,, why do monsters like him think they have the right to do this, they should be castrated and locked up for life💛💛💛
The way Darrel Littlejohn was able to allude law enforcement for multiple rape cases is maddening. I feel that if the police had done a better job keeping track of him, Imette St. Guillen would still be alive. The bar also takes part of the blame because they failed to properly do a background check on this guy and it costed 2 women their safety and 1 woman her entire life. Tragic.
That's about the size of it. If it was one of their kids maybe they wouldn't sit on their asses😮The ones who did this don't deservre to life. Just imagine what that poor girl went through. It's really sad. Don't go to bars becouse the end results usually end up 😞😔☮️
I had never heard of this story before it's very unfortunate that the young woman lost her life, however if the people or persons that you are with decide that it's time to go, then its time to go! There is always, always danger lurking in the shadows and you cannot forget that. 😔 please everyone, stay as safe as possible.
Great job! I remember this story. Mom always taught me when and if you go out you go together and you leave together. Dad was a Marine so I am just naturally conscious of my surroundings as he taught me. God rest her soul ❤
Something similar happen to me and a friend. Last year in college and celebrating our graduation in a few weeks. I had a car and knew not to drink much since I was driving. I’m 46 years old now and still not a drinker. But anyway I had a friend at the club who was acting just like the girl in this video and that’s why her friends left her. I always knew not to go out as this is not the first time she’s being drunk and not listen to anyone. She would literally start arguments and fight because she never wanted to leave. I seen her come in with some friends so I had my boyfriend to walk with me to my car and call the dorm room of a mutual friend. This is was in 1997 when cell phones was the plug up battery king you keep in your car. They left her because of her drinking and she wasn’t ready to go. I went back inside and said it’s time to go and I will take you to your dorm room as I had an apartment then. She didn’t want to go and I wasn’t about to argue with a person drunk at 3am. I went to the bar and ask the bartender can I use their phone and call the police. Called 911 and two officers came and told her if she didn’t get in the car with me so I can take her home they were going to take her to jail. Still drunk but they were able to get her in my car and trail us to the dorm. They were very nice and even helped me get her out the car and take her to her dorm. This was over 25 years ago, but 14 years ago one of our college friends told me she was driving drunk and had an accident and died. She was on her way of becoming a top attorney working in DC but her demons got the best of her. RIP Karen
I found this channel a few days ago, and watched a number of these videos. I love the way the stories are researched and presented, he keeps it real. I'm happy I found this channel, I'm now subscribed to it!
this a lesson to get the fuck home with your friends. the world is not a nice place just because society has shown you some sense of “ it will never happen to me” you’re wrong. it can always happen to you. you’ll never stop killers and murderers from doing what they do. you CAN move around safety and with a group. ladies out their? Unless you got a loaded weapon and a quick draw? Never leave alone AND drunk.
This is getting all too familiar, l remember this case well. There are so many cases of innocent women being killed in nyc. So sad.. rip Imette 🙏🏽 l had a friend l cussed out, she wasn’t drunk but she went off with a guy that she just met, l told her if she wants us to go anywhere together again, don’t ever do that, we come together, we leave together. I had to rescue her from this dude because she refused his advances, he started acting belligerent.
The disgusting part is most of these animals don't get what's coming to them in prison whether it be PC or solitary or housed with the cho mo's so they can sit together n talk about the things they did to woman n children they need to be put in GP
@@soullessemperor6572 Well, I’m sure you knew what you meant by that but unfortunately, I’m clueless. I thought my reply was perfectly understandable. The guy sounded like he had either been inside or knew someone who had. Oh! Were YOU offended by my comment? Won’t anyone offend you personally ….. so you have to take offense for someone else? That’s just sad. 😥
Don't blame the friend she try everything she could to get her to leave she bought this on her self not saying she deserves to die but she didn't listen to her friend
Her friend was also drinking.. Her friend was not in her right mind and could have been tired . Her friend was ready for bed and couldn't keep up with Imette..Not the friends fault..
Well first of all let's not victim blame here. She was out with her friend having fun. The blame should be placed on the person who committed the crimes. That's like saying a woman who was raped had it happen because of the clothes she wore. Cut it out
@@MonaLisaFire Well now, to be fair, there is a little blame for the Vic here. Her friend was trying her best to take care of her and the Vic was giving 100% to being obnoxious and wanting everything her way. That needs telling as a cautionary tale for others to not act the same. If someone is trying to keep you safe, go along.
@Reggie Taylor It’s called freedom to express an opinion. You don’t have to like it but you can’t hush me. Why would you want to? Is my opinion a threat? To what? Your insecurity? Interesting.
Holt sh!t your channel is awesome: selection of stories I've never heard of, your layout, facts, commentaries, delivery. So many of your vids keep popping up and I'm bingeing but dang you are really working hard at bringing us all these rare cases! Thank you!
Thank u for always taking the time to share the story of each victim and their families. These stories r HORRIFIC!!!! But the world needs to know and realize each and every victim matters no matter what!!!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💜💜💜💙💙much luv to u and ur family!!!!
How was there a blanket with his dead brother's 12 year old baby batter & his mother's pubic hair in existence?! To wrap this poor woman's corpse in that adds even more insult to injury!
I had a friend like this who came to a party at my home and she seemed too buzzed or drunk to drive. I asked her to just spend the night at my home she could sleep on the couch. She was fighting me and very resistant but she ended up staying over. I can see how her friends felt and the outcome is very sad.
I enjoy listening to your stories. You are eloquent, your research is thorough and extensive. You bring back to life the victims their family, friends, their story. Great job!
I remember when this happened the general consensus was that Littlejohn was hired by the actual killers to dispose of the body and take the rap. The connection to The Falls and Dorian's bars and friends of 'preppy killer' Robert Chambers, who employed Littlejohn, were speculated on very much at the time. It was said that this time, the killers chose an unknown victim vs the well known, wealthy socialite victim of Robert Chambers. Very sinister if it actually went down like that.
This tragedy hit close to home because as I have previously mentioned Imette was part of my graduating class of 2006. I had a friend whose mother trusted me and she would allow my friend to go places with me because she knew I would go where I said I was going. The problem was my friend drank and I never did and never have. Never smoked or done drugs just wasn't my thing. I have always been into music. Anyway, Once my friend was drunk she wouldn't want to leave when I was leaving. This is why, I would tell my friend before we got to where ever it was we were going you leave when I leave. When she was drunk, I would make a scene and yell and scream at her if that is what it took to get her to leave. I would tell her you came with me and you're leaving with me. You're not staying here with strangers. I use to tell her you can either leave quietly with me or I can have your mother come and get you. It's up to you. She would get mad at me and I was ok with that as I knew she didn't mean it. She became a different person when she got drunk which is why I felt more of a responsibility to get her back home safely. She would also try to use me to tell her mother that she was going to my house but go somewhere else instead. I loved my friend and I loved and respected her mother and I would tell her you do what you want but know this, if your mother calls me to confirm whether or not you are here. I won't lie to her. I would tell her do you really want to do that to your mom? I would tell her God forbid something happens to you and your mother gets a call telling her you're dead how do you think she's going to feel, when she thought you were safe at my house? I would tell her don't use me to lie to your mother. We'd argue but I am glad to say, I always managed to get her back home safely. I wouldn't be able to get over losing someone because I left them behind especially if they got there with me. If they had a few drinks I would feel responsible for them. That's just me. I have this thing called a conscience. If I can help I will do it. Rather be safe than sorry.
You sound like me.😂 My motto has always been “Not On My Watch!”😉 I too have had some knock down drag out fights with friends that have drank too much and refused to leave with me or wanted to go off with some strange person they didn’t know. Thankfully by the grace of God I’ve always been able to get them to come with me and get them home safely. Like you I’ve always felt that I would never be able to forgive myself if something happened to one of my dear friends. Sadly, in this day and time listening to these horrific stories there are so many people that end up leaving a friend only to have them end up like this poor girl did. I thank God for his protection and for always being there to guide me through situations I have sometimes found myself and my friends in when we were younger.🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️
@@tracyfox466 Yes, You sound a lot like me. I am happy that you kept yourself and your friends safe. I have lost friends over the years due to illness and some to violence but not while they were with me. It has been hard to get over their losses. I couldn't imagine losing one because I left them behind. Some might say they are not my responsibility as they are adults etc...but for me morally speaking, I couldn't forgive myself if something happened to anyone not just friends that I could have helped. I was an EMT for a brief time and I remember one of the instructors telling us, there may come a time where you are traveling and you are under no obligation to help as you are off duty and not legally bound to help. The question then becomes could you live with yourself morally? My answer has always been the same No, I could not so that makes me need to help anyone I can, when I am in a position to help whether or not I know that person. I don't base my need to help on whether or not they're loved ones. I base it on the obvious they are human beings that have families and loved ones that love them. If I ever needed help I hope to God someone will help me.
A good friend of mine from high school is dead because she was drinking at the club and lost her keys in the club. The friends she were with didn't wait to make sure she found her keys and got home safe. They said she was last seen yelling and storming off on her phone. They found her body off the side of the highway. She was hit by a car, but I and many others don't believe this is all that happened.
He must be a sexual sadist, given the horrific death he forced that poor girl to endure. An evil mind, he immediately saw a young woman he should have ejected from the bar as a potential victim of torture and murder.

😢that's so haunting. I hope you and your friends are doing well ❤
I remember seeing that story or reading about it somewhere. Wasn't her body found in the Bronx? My condolences
WOW!😢
So sorry about your loss, did you ever find out who did it?
@@donrome3835 Yes they did. There were witnesses who were slow to call the police, and he shot a taxi driver trying to get away. I heard he only did 5 years.
Advice to all: if you go out to drink, don’t leave your friends behind, and control your drinking.
Right!!
Smh.
I really enjoy the way you narrate. Keeps it somber, but soft, and not overly dramatic. Very well done. 🖤

Your videos are great I'm happy someone does the exact opposite of glorifying these killers instead telling the victims stories

Thats a fact!
Never thought about it. We all heard of Jeffery Damher, Ted Bundy, etc. but we never remember a single victims name. Wow.... the way you put it is so true. The villian wins n gets the spotlight in the end of every headline

@@royreynolds4159 You could get killed at home
This is crazy bro the fact that you shedding light on these otherwise forgotten cases is unbelievable a lot of them get lost in NYC lure because there’s always a new case in the city
I remember exactly 💯 when this happened 😢I live in New York, and this really bothered me. Rip 🙏🏼
Exactly. No excuses and you made sure before going out that everyone stick to it, or you stay home.😢😢😢
Stuffing a sock or whatever into someone’s mouth while their hands are tied is so horrific to comprehend.
yeah horrible
It’s why no matter how big of a fight they put up, I’ll never leave a friend behind. It’s what my parents taught me & what I’m teaching my kid today. It’s sucks, it might be a hassle, it might ruin your night but it’s better than a lifetime of guilt & regret.
You can't reason with certain drunks. She was an adult!
Agreed! Never leave a friend…
I won’t either. My friends have been drunk, there’s been arguments, they’ve wanted to go off with a guy but never have I left a friend behind and it will never happen. A drunk woman by herself late at night is just too much of a target. Not blaming the friend in this case but I can’t imagine leaving no matter what the situation, even if I had to call someone to come get my friend
it wasn't her fault though, plus imette was an adult and made a choice
When I did this I was always seen as the corny friend, because I would say: let’s go home so we don’t end up in 48 hours and friends are like: 😂. These friends don’t understand at the moment what we are trying to avoid, even my sibling doesn’t want to understand
Poor friend of Imette! She tried so hard to get her friend home safely and now has to live with this tragedy
She was drunk. You are not in your right mind
Im very sorry to hear about your friend. That story sounds familiar. The staten island to jersey part.

The authorities definitely fked up. Gave him a curfew and said 'yeah he'll defo follow that'. This could have been avoided if they actually checked him on the curfew and punished him for violating it.
Cases like these get so much worse when you know there's so many things the police should have done.
Yeah don't give a curfew unless you're going to enforce it with an ankle monitor or something.

I love how you glorify the victims and manage to get your viewers to see them as more than just the next person murdered. I pray much success for you.
i agree
I was locked up with him back in 2006 he was in the 23 and 1 unit north side I believe I was in the south side. He wore shades most of the times and was big as a house. I was big myself back then but this dude was on another level, I didn't get to close to where he standed I hope he rots in jail
He wasn’t that big stop cappin that nigga was food that’s why they kept him in ad seg niggas like him don’t live in jail get that shit straight homie
That is insanely eerie. Sounds correct too because he would pose as law enforcement a lot. What a sicko.
@@EvilIntentions How did LittleJohn get Imette into his van?
The bottom line is: if a person is inebriated, they are not 'capable' of making 'rational' decisions,no MATTER HOW MUCH THEY INSIST. DO NOT LEAVE THEM ALONE OR BEHIND,..PLEASE. May this young lady RIP,may GODS' COMFORT BLANKET HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
I agree

Tragic.

RIP Karen

I was attending John Jay when this happened and a lot of people don’t known some of the JohnJay Forensic Professors assisted in this case.
Just came across your page and want to say THANK YOU for bringing these stories to light, your work is great!
Hope you’re not still friends with her. It seems like you tried your best to keep her safe and she didn’t appreciate it

Thankfully by the grace of God I’ve always been able to get them to come with me and get them home safely. Like you I’ve always felt that I would never be able to forgive myself if something happened to one of my dear friends.

All the true crimes you reported can also be so relatable to me since I grew up in LES and hung out in SoHo and South St Seaport area. This makes it so interesting and never want to miss any episode from your channel. 👍👍👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻☺️☺️☺️
Word of advise for anyone who wants to have a good time in any Big City : men & women , young or old … you go together and leave together especially for individual who already had a few drinks. You never know any predators or serial killers are around you. Stay safe out there ✌🏻
I remember this case very well I am saddened that this young lady meet her demise by just hanging out with her friend for a celebration. When I was growing up me and my friends never left each other alone regarding any circumstances because that was a promise. Very sad situation for both young ladies 🙏😔
Love your stories. Makes me and friends aware. ❤
little Jon … sorry sob.. would’ve never made it to the jail in my patrol car
When I first started watching you about 2 weeks ago you was on 34k. Now you at 58k. Enjoy watching from the LES
Some of us who made it out alive are lucky. I believe she was already drunk when she did not want to go home with friend.

The moral of the story: Does not matter what how intelligent you think you are, alcohol is a bad idea, specially if you are a woman.

So that blanket wasn't washed since 1994? Sheesh
Omg I was disturbed. Dead brothers seman... mama's pubic hair... it was just nasty...
@Ishikawa Luv (No rock's 2 high, No river's 2 wide) Facts , this case was shocking on many levels, lol.
Mr. Ortiz I really love your videos because they are not to long and drag on. They length is just perfect. Don't change anything including yourself.Your voice is perfect for narrative. You have done an awesome job. APPRECIATE YOU
My son was born on her day… I’m so sorry this evil world happened to this woman… to hogtie a person, stuff a sock down their throat, and duct tape their nose and mouth, beat and scalp them all while they are still breathing is incomprehensible and is a whole other level of hatred for womankind… Rest well, sweet girl🕊️💜🙏🏾 @evilintentions, you are the absolute best. I’m so glad I found your channel. Been a Sub for a while now💜
Damn..somehow found your channel, maybe just a few days ago while scrolling through old HCNY vids. Been watching / listening to your channel since about 10 am today. FANTASTIC job! Keep it up, man!
Jesus, I remember when this happened and I wrote a poem about her 😔💔
My girlfriend's and I always had a pact. When we hang out in clubs together, we leave together. She had red flags from her friend Clare who wanted to make sure she got home safe. Imette broke the pact all women hanging out shouldn't break. Her friend was a true friend. So sad that Imette couldn't see the danger she would encounter in ignoring her friend's wishes. I lived several block from where her body was found in Cypress Hill. I remember the story and to this day, I cannot get it off my mind. Thanks for covering it. It means a lot to keep her memory alive😢😢😢
Awesome channel, so many tragic forgotten stories from NYC
Great content-I remember a lot of these cases-keep up the good work!!
😮😢 You have a great passion for this niche, you're very good at it. Love the video and your voice.

To do that to that girl like that! And all of those other women! 🤬🤬😿😿
Very sick. He can't ever be released.
I remember this case very well. I was a freahman at John Jay myself and her body was found very close to where i also loved at the time. Very tragic.
I actually know this but Nazi and he happened to be my little cousin father…. Even in the hood he seemed a whole nutcase especially when he wore army fatigues… smfh May Imett rest in paradise.. I will never ever forget her and the other victims.. his mother house actually was the next block behind my grandparents house…. Sigh 😢😢😢😢😢
This channel is good! Thank you
Thank you for watching!
That part! This channel has so many stories that hasn't been covered in this format most of these stories I've never heard of and his voice 😲 it's like he was born to narrate with a twist because his accent is original no one can copy his style 🤗🤗🤗
I am from New York and i was living in Queens when this tragic story broke! I used to party ans go to clubs with my friends in NYC and we bever left anyone behind! I feel so sorry for what Imette had to endure at the hands of this monster! RIP Imette.
