The point on yoga for back-pain is so true.. I tried yoga suggested by someone for back pain and it got worse. we shouldn’t blindly follow Instagram yoga teachers.

Most of the podcasts I have seen appear to be scripted, as if the guest already knows all the questions. But anyone can tell that this is absolutely genuine and candid. In some of the instances, she appeared like lady Sadhguru.. such profound knowledge at this young age is incredible.
Please don’t compare her with Sadhguru. Sadhguru is enlightened being and we never know he might be Shiva himself 🙏🏻 I liked the fact that she modestly refused to call herself even a yogi or yogini. Otherwise people practicing yoga and meditation often seem eager to declare themselves enlightened, forget about yogi or yogini.
Adivasi hair oil is certainly a scam, but rubbing your nails together known as balayam yoga should certainly work. It’s a science may be not proven yet. The nerves below the nail bed are connected to the scalp and regular nail rubbing would stimulate blood flow and oxygen to the scalp. I haven’t tried it myself, but it doesn’t seem to be wrong or ineffective in any way.
