Those people sure made some bad choices but in the richest country on earth this shouldn't even be an option. They sent enough money elsewhere that could have fixed Kensington PA and every other sh*thole in the United States. It's disgraceful that there are politicians swanning about, living like Kings while those they are supposed to serve live like dogs.
The saddest part of this upload is at approx .0.50 seconds, a man is contorting & folding up his writhing body next to a running car on the road. A passenger walks past to get into the back seat of the car & doesn't even give him a 2nd look. People have become so numb & unaffected by the misery & danger other human beings are experiencing all around them. So many people must get hit by cars.
