It’s weird to finally see Bennett in color after all these years.
took the words right out of my mouth
I know right???
I thought he always wore black and white suites!
They way Arlene hugged Bennett after the show melted my heart, they had a very good relation!
Too bad we can’t hear what they’re saying to each other.
I can remember watching this in the seventies. Its a real treat to see it again. Especially to see Mr Cerf on his return.
There were twelve guesses wrong with Bennett. In the earlier show he would have won $50, not that he needed it. Great memories!
Wow, they really remained true to the original format established in the early 50’s. Main difference is color
And performance by the contestants!!
Very nice but It makes me miss the old days of WML. At least we have the great old clips.
😂😂😂I want to be Bennett Cerf when I grow up!!!😅😅😅
❤
I love these uploads, love the look of them, the hair, the fashions, wonderful stuff.❤
My last name is Gawne. I have never heard of Gawn Grainger before, but I will look him up now.
I remember the episode where the had to guess the mystery guest who was Arlene’s Trombone teacher for the show
And, I recall Arlene, on "I've Got A Secret", where her avocation was revealed.
Phyllis newman is gorgeous
I don’t think people smile enough while playing the Trombone. 😂
Fantastic! Thank you!
Darryl Hickman..... Dwayne Hickman's (Dobie Gillis) brother. 12:36
When did Bennett come back as a panelist on the newer version?
In 1970-71, just before his death. In fact, audiences were confused when new (pre-taped) Cerf episodes began airing after his death, with no acknowledgment of his passing (no pre-taped introduction, for example).
New camera and lighting man?
No intros?
No. Please read the description, where most questions like this will be answered.
Is it weird. But hilariously noted on this episode where Wally and I both thought Arlene’s intros are something we are interested in.
Not the same. But it's not your fault ❤
What is a female instrument as opposed to a male one?
That B very flat 😂❤
