English shows don't drag put and have 20 plus episode seasons. Leaves you wanting more. Hate the American version of most English shows though some bring in a unique spin. Some as in very few 😂
I wonder if they would ever think of doing a new series but where they are the parents and their kids are in school as would be fun to see how their kids would of turned out and how they are as parents lol
But it would have to represent school and kids that age now (which seems VERY different) so maybe that would work for teenagers now, but for us who were that age when the Inbetweeners came out, it wouldn’t work

.....American (or should I say, 'Yank'?) here who just binged the first film & three [abbreviated] 'seasons' through Tubi; watched 'Inbetweeners 2' before even realizing there'd been a TV series - maybe it's my age (61 - didn't see a ton of 'Benny Hill' on ITV this side of the proverbial 'big pond', decades ago - ENOUGH though to draw parallels with some scenes - to say NOTHING of 'American Pie') but, was really disappointed by both what was DONE to Lucy's character, turning her into a split-personality NIGHTMARE (can only SURMISE that Simon's risking his life to reach shore more quickly , somehow affected the way she saw him?
