There is a treasure chest on a ledge right above where that Astel (rock-throwing) creature was hanging. How do we get to that? A whole other path above that underground area?
From ainsel river main go into the first uhl palace ruins and the from there go south and when you reach between the ants take the left side or go south from the ants place
I finally fugured it out! You need to spawn in Nokstella, then go backwards and there is one more tunnel between Nokstella and Uhl Palace Ruins which lead to this upper part! You're welcome! 👌😎

The Malformed Star enemy suspended from the ceiling is weak to poison. I landed 4 poison arrows on him and poison set in killing him rather quickly.
There's a chest right on top of the building where that rock slinger was, I'm trying to find someone with vid to get up there but I haven't yet
