Taser teams are a bit underused lately to be honest. The current Abyss lineup doesn't help either, since it's either choosing going against a Hydro immune enemy or a Electro immune enemy lmaoo. Nevertheless, they are truly fun and powerful if built correctly! :D
?? Levelling to 90 doesn’t matter with dps characters that don’t scale on hp, def, or use reactions that require em to do good damage. Basically, the only characters that actively perform better at 90 are characters like zhongli, nahida, kuki, yelan, furina, and the like.
If you are referring to chevreuse's buffing, the main pyro/electro shred comes from holding her skill after an overload has taken place. Her burst doesn't gain anything from overloading besides the reaction itself. Without any em on chev, the overload would probably do like 7k, so not really necessary.
This is why I make sure to use Fischl's CA at the beginning of the first rotation. If I apply electro with her CA first, then Bennny Burst, Overload will be triggered, which will enable Chevreuse's passive allowing her to make a lot of damage due to the Pyro RES shred. After using Chevreuse, I put Oz with Fischl, so she is able to snapshot both Benny's attack buff AND Chevreuse's ATK and Electro DMG bonus from her C6! The rotation is pretty much optimized so everyone is able to receive Chevreuse's benefits!
Her e infusion can't be overridden, so hu Tao would have to do regular charge attacks and would have barely any attack without the e skill. Youd be vetter off asking for cryo/hydro Candace or rosaria
Furina and Yelan did everything in that fight HAHAHAHA. But you know, if you want to play Taser teams, the best half to do it is probably the second one and it still requires you to play double Hydro to defeat Thundering Manifestation just in time xD

The first team is AMAZING with characters at level 80! Imagine the dmg with Klee at lvl 90 or c2… love the new meta of Chevy
Levels do not matter on Klee. Only characters that benefit from level 90 are HP, DEF, or characters that deal transformative or additive reactions
