That's a difficult question to answer Sudlow. We used to have no plan at all for the last three years, but the stress levels were increasing due to mistakes made by me, so now we are trying a different approach and trying to book about one or two weeks ahead, staying longer on cl sites, say 4 days instead of just one or two. But we don't want to do any more than that or life would become too predictable, and that i hate most of all.
@@trevorpat-lifeontherun Hi Trevor and Pat. There is a very good website called park4night that shows free places to stay that other people have recommended. I thought that this might say you some money to enjoy on other things. Keep smiling and enjoy your great life not stuck in a house with four walls but actually waking up to a new adventure every day.
@@chrisuk5247 hi Sudlow. Thank you, we do use park4night with mixed results and no doubt this summer they may be the only alternative to booked up cl's. We only stay in such places overnight and move on the following day, but we have found it stressful when doing this constantly, so we are trying to find inexpensive cl's where we can spend three or four days. Yes, we definitely are on the run from four walls.
If I remember, the hookups are scattered about, you may need two cables depending on how busy it is because you might not get near the hookups. During the week out of season you will have no problem, but weekends may be crowded, and first come first get near the hookups. Hope that helps.
Looks nice x
Showing the town tomorrow. Xx
How many hook up points are there ? Is it possible to pitch around the edge and not in the middle ?
If you are referring to Mooragh Park, there are no hookups. You have to go on a campsite for hookups Stephen.
Is batemans brewery still on the go ? I used to live in the area once upon a time.
Yes, but because of Covid they are only doing click & collect. See tomorrow's video.
Looks lovely. Do you plan where you are going to go or do you just wait to see where you end up.Great video..
