You can check prices for private in G+7 it's would be 40+ in Ulwe. This is G+15 project. You can cross check the prices for G+15. From Ulwe belapur railway station is just 20-30min. So ya it is a prime location. For your information Belapur has got almost all the government offices and headquarters for Navi Mumbai region. Even NMMC- Commissioners office is in Belapur. Prices in Belapur are 75L -1cr. So basically ulwe is like Suburb still in developing phase.
