I am curious that how to use simplex method to solve min 10*X1+4*X2, in the video, it says it is solved by the graphic method which I understand, but I cannot solve it by converting it to canonical form while I can solve its dual problem by simplex method. So how to formally solve the min problem?

That's where I downloaded it. It should work. You can read their tutorial as well.
