This is so badass. This is my childhood right here. I wish I had the money and the space for this. Because this is the ultimate display piece for 89 Batman along with the batmobile of course. I never realized how nice the Batman returns Batman looks. I never picked up that guy and sort of sad that I didn't. Thanks for the review and hope to see this displayed properly one of these days
yea it takes up so much space even inside the box lol. And yea I love the 92 suit the most. I like how refined it looks and so angular and panel looking design

I don't even want to ask you how much it cost, but seeing the prices on their site...it wasn't cheap!!
yea I dont plan on putting a batman inside, maybe I will just put a regular body in black suit inside with batman cowl and cape instead. The hot toys figure is just too rigit to really get in there without damaging something lol. Yea had to save up quote a bit and did payment plan in order to pay for this lol

Somebody should make a resin copy of Batman from the waist up. So you can have a Batman displayed sitting in the bat wing without wasting a whole figure stuffing it in there. I know it can be done. Just a thought

Yes. Jazzinc is already preparing with certain artists a '89 Batman from the waist up to fit in the Batwing & the future release 1989 Batmobile. However, the early sculpts don't look like Keaton in my opinion.

Have you considered the Spinmaster 12-inch Batman figure for the cockpit as a cheap alternative for less than $10? The SpinMaster figure is slightly smaller than true 1:6 scale (and the suit is from the new Flash movie) but they fit into the Batmobile/BatWing and from a distance, it's difficult to see it's not exactly the 1989 suit. I bought 5 (five) of them on Amazon a few months ago after borrowing the idea from another Batwing JazzInc owner on YT. I have 5 Hot Toys Keaton Batmans (original releases & PO) but like you, did not want to risk long-term damage to the figure in the vehicles.
Have they used "R's" instead of "A's" on the screen? It looks like its spelt "FLIGHT STRTUS" "FLIGHT CONTROL MRNURL" which is weird to say the least. But the thing is a beast and very impressive.
Yup you are correct, they used R for both words. Not sure why, maybe is some legal issue or maybe that's how the original prop was done. Yea I love this thing, so pretty. Hopefully we will get a 1/12 from someone.
