Girl the hair is everything! I was feeling kind of down because I damaged my hair pretty badly from all the straightening, and I went ahead and got a trim before braiding it. I had breakage from the damage and ponytails so the trim ended up being A LOT shorter and crazier than I thought. Me and the stylists just kept saying it's going to be okay because at least now it'll grow back healthier instead of still damaged, but I still lowkey felt a way. Seeing your hair and seeing your journey before just gave me the motivation and boost I needed again like ok it's a process and this time go ahead and embrace the curls and stop the straightening every day/ every other day fr. My vitamin D was also really low at one point like almost non-existent, and I would get other deficiencies sometimes like b12 until I started taking the One A Day multivitamins regularly. I feel so much better and more energized overall and my blood work always comes back great now. I'm glad things are working out better for you now and how God just put His stamp on it by blessing you with the events and surprises and even the driver playing worship music to let you know everything is going to be alright 💙

I definitely have to look into the vitamins, but any gummies breaks me out like crazy
@AshleyMasse Thank you so much! What you said before is true and the more you learn and spend time with Him, the more you start to realize and remember things. I'm so sorry to hear that about the gummies. I actually haven't tried the One A Day gummies, but I have for other vitamins and supplements and they can be tasty and I heard they're easier on the tummy. I usually get the big tablet bottle from BJs because it made more sense price wise and I noticed it had more per tablet compared to the gummies and I just wanted to make sure I supplemented as much as possible to avoid anymore deficiencies. They did change the formula and size recently and it used to upset me and almost made me switch to the gummies, but then my stomach got used to it after awhile. Not sure if you want to maybe try those.

Hey Ashley! What shade of the Saie foundation and concealer did you use?
Heyy Ash! We used the slip tint moisturizer and I’m a shade 8 in that. For the concealer I used shade 13 for the bright look and used 16 to tone it down a bit!
