My best gaming moment from this year was having a Hellbring prime split fire and score *two headshots* with erPPCs. I might as well quit playing now, as I'll never throw better luck than that.
Highlight of 2023. Finally getting to play alpha strike. I had played classic a number of times but never AS. Bought a mate the AS box set and we are now playing weekly. Starting our first campaign in 2024. Thx for all the vids. Love your work. Merry xmass

Just got into Battletech this year and gaming with NWA club in Melbourne has been fantastic this year. It's all be fun.
All types have their place but me personally playing the game with lighter mechs adds alot more fun to the game.
Your more engaged, light mechs move. Assaults just plod along.

This year, I have mostly been looking at unplayed games... Eldfall Chronicles and Cyberpunk Red: Combat Zone both really need to hit the table next year. I did win my first Trophy this year, for "most sporting" in a Guild Ball tournament.
How about a blockade run scenario with rolling maps. Each time a new map comes on a new lance/star of slow mechs spawns for the fast lance/star to evade.
