Highly recommend using aluminum with *cooking paper layer inside.* It’s infinitely more healthy than the boiling food’s direct contact with the aluminum!

Albeit, higher amounts is toxic to humans. Still, acidic foods are way more likely to be contaminated by the aluminum molecules, which enters your bloodstream through ingestion. I say it’s very unnecessary for a person to ingest this much aluminum. Especially if they regularly cook with foil wraps
@@ldalexandrite thank you for your suggestion, I came from third world country so unless I was paying attention in my chemistry class in high school then this practical info wasn't common. Thou I do know that acidic compound can react with aluminum but idk if aluminum chloride is toxic or not, well you learn something new everyday lol
