Use the Academic word list that I linked. It's suitable for both General and Academic Training.

The main book that you need is the Cambridge IELTS for General Training. There are authentic mock tests that are as close as it gets to the real test level. You can train all IELTS skills and check yourself with the keys.

One additional method to learn new words is to use word list applications or games through your smartphone which makes learning new words funnier.
May I know if the Academic Word List(570) that you shared with us are identical to the 3 effective vocabulary sets that you provide in IELTS Rocket course.
