      Thank you! and no they are not. I just share the price in $$$ because that is what my audience understands the most.

    Can’t these developers come together to clear guitars. I just don’t get us Nigerians

      They actually do. I have noticed they clear it periodically. Like every month or every week or so. I think the problem is the people who treat it as a garbage can

      Then they should fine them. Create strict laws and follow it to the T.

      @@teeteeme5752 before.they can do that. There needs to.be alternatives. I find myself stuck many times with trash in my pocket and in my car because I can literally find no trash cans to put it. Even plenty of gas stations have no trash can outside

    Are these properties cash only or they have a payment plan

      No Mortgage. Cash. Payment Plan In Less Than 5 Years With The Highest Interest Rates

    • @thenigeriannomad
      @thenigeriannomad  8 місяців тому +1

      usually cash. But some developers are starting to explore a payment plan option. usually 1 year to 5 years but this is typically for an uncompleted project OR you can not occupy till you pay in full.

    Why are you showing uncompleted project. If you are truly Nigerian/ American blogger, uou should know better than that. Sorry, while this is okay, but the presentation is wacky.

      Aah You must be new to the Nigerian real estate scene.lol. I used to complain about that too when I was a newbie.lol. it's common practice to sell apartments before completion in Nigeria. "Off plan" is the term used.
