I am korean. Almost koreans have no interest about rugby.. so do i.... but.. my children started studying in Tauranga city in NZ 2 months ago.. and I visit NZ twice.. I know that rugby is most exciting sport in NZ. and known about all blocks.. Now.. I become a big fan of All blacks...^^ fighting All blacks~!! I wish All blacks win the champion in this rugby worldcup in France..^^

As and English rugby fan it is frightening to see the level and speed of the Southern hemisphere's play, this is what all Rugby matches should be like, I take my hat off to both teams..
k fact always saw the southern hemisphere teams (and France too) as mostly physical matches but they've really upgraded their levels with speed. Amazing match from both teams.

These are literally the 2 greatest rugby union playing nations. 3 world cups each to their name and a rivalry like no other! Can’t wait to see them clash again even if it’s just a warmup.
If memory serves the inaugural "World Cup" did not actually involve all the rugby playing nations of the world. Notably absent was, er, um, one of the great rugby playing nations

I come from the future. This South African team is incredible and has won the world cup against this AB's team. And well deserved also!
Thing is…….this was the present as it was played and filmed. That’s the only relevant thing, NOT the 2023 World Cup. It was an exceptional game but the Springboks were well and truly outplayed by the All Blacks and were given a good thumping for their troubles!!

If you contributed more to supporting a great game whatever the teams are and less on ‘trolling’ remarks and unnecessary flag waving, you might indeed appreciate the outcome of excellent rugby. It is of no interest to me whether you represent either team. However, casting your mind back to the 2023 World Cup, South Africa were in no way a dominant team but very, very fortunate to have emerged with single point wins in the Quarter Finals, the Semi Finals and the Finals. But in the context of the games, each was particularly important and enjoyable. So drop the ‘fanboy’ and ‘moronic’ slurs because it simply places you in a dark light. Incidentally, I am not now nor have ever been your friend!
Lets hope the All Blacks can hold this focus and intensity throughout the World cup. They seem to have found their stride, being composed, keeping the ball in hand and running like hell for 80 minutes. Always good to see.

I met a young man who was from South Africa, travelling to NZ but worked in Sydney Australia and was visiting his girlfriend living in NZ, i asked him if he was English, he said no! then told me he was South African...we talked about Jonah Lomu so our conversation turned to Rugby union between our countries...i am an avid AB supporter as he was for the BOK's...I have so much respect for both rugby union squads, and regardless of who wins or loose a game when they clash... either way they are both solid squads, with exceptional skills and rivalry between them, which is nothing compared to other squads they play against in the world...i just love watching their games, so full of grunt, strength and brawn.

I am Canadian and played at a high level 1980s to mid 90s. I believe there are to many substitutes. In the 60th to 80th minute the field would be far more wide open, allowing for more offensive rugby. I realize there are draw backs such as the front row must be allowed to substitute. Making it only due to injury would just make for players having to act. When i played 2 substitutes were allowed only through injury. Then it became legal, no thought to the front row. I think if you kept it to 2 subs and allow the front row to change it would be OK. After all even though front row players are far more mobile they are not sprinters. This game was a think of beauty. There were times when it was more like rugby league with nowhere to run.

The Haka is awesome. I'd need a clean pair of shorts after facing that. Frizell is an absolute beast. The Kiwis maintained an searingly fast pace that the Yarpies couldn't cope with in the first half but took control in the 2nd. A NZ v Fra final with the Yarpies 3rd is my prediction.
