Ingredients:
Cup Measurements:
1 cup = 200 ml
For Cake Sponge :
Milk - 1/2 & 1/3 cup
Vinegar - 1.5 tsp
Oil - 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
Rasmalai Essence - 1 tsp (optional) or add cardamom powder - 1 tsp
All Purpose Flour - 1.5 cup
Baking Powder - 1.5 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
A pinch of salt
Yellow Food Colour - 2-3 drops
For Icing :
Cream - 1.5 cup
Rasmalai Essence - 1/2 tsp
Yellow colour - 3-4 drops (Optional)
