@@Darkuni It kinda is the point though. Without that step in the video, people games are still screwed. This half helps people really then we have to search for the second half on how to fix our game.

I went on vacation. Played Sea of Stars for 9 hours on the airplane. Now i'm back home and steam cloud has overwritten al my progress and i'm back to where I was before I went on vacation. What now?
You may have no recourse unfortunately. I would recommend using Ludusavi religiously when doing offline play. I also have another video coming that will offer another potential solution. Thing is? In your case? That 9 hour save was wiped. You're not getting it back. :(
So I’m screwed 😢then. I had like 7 individual saves supposedly local for this game not one made through cloud it seem to totally wipe my 53hrs of progress

What was the program you mentioned? The link pops up for literally a second or two and is then gone. And for some reason I can’t click on it on my IOS YT app.
@@Darkuni Shouldn't that be clear? They now have a useless file downloaded and sticking it in the main game folder doesn't do anything there's no tutorials for this (and that's more true for steamdeck users)
i was playing some older game like wolfenstein return to castle its like the 90s games and the 2000s only have local that i didnt know but know im happy that i started pc gaming in the 2010s that cloud data always is there too save your games and others iming going through game that my gen dont know about like i went through Farcry 1 witch has too be the most hardest fps i ever played and right now im on F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate i only play the og a little of the story but it was most of the time multiplayer 1v1 with my cousin but i had too put a somet file into the game its likethe older game they dont update no more because the newer OS that was making over the years
You need to tell people where to put files in the video. This isn't helpful without telling people where to put the file.

So once I download the file. How do I play my game from that save point?
You'll have to look up the location and put the file in the right place.
