Thank you for watching! The resort was full, but not overcrowded. We did not purchase butler service, but I have experienced Butler service at other Sandals resorts and it was wonderful! Please reach out if you would like assistance in creating your vacation package.

Yes. Resorts can be very lenient with their room descriptions.
