I love youuuu!!! Listening to you makes me feel almost as spiritual as back when I could do yoga. I was raised Catholic, and that judgement just tainted every religion for me. I hear the Bible mentioned and I cringe.
Watching this give me a feeling that I can’t recall the name of. It’s when we get discomfort when watching something that’s portrayed in a way that it almost feels human but isn’t. The remastered video is giving that, but the audio is good stuff
Another wonderful discussion and teaching. I would love to read the book but am waiting for the anniversary edition to be published. I feel acceptance is closely related to surrenderance and remembrance.

I am almost embarrassed to admit that the laughter I was unable to contain was something I really needed. A good lesson, as well as a good laugh. Poor guy. 🤭
I appreciate the teaching and its principles. I do find myself confused and questioning how to use radical acceptance when holding a boundary or expressing difficult feelings in relationship or asking for yet not receiving something important in a relationship. Example - when a partner is chronically not meeting one’s needs and there is pervasive disconnection, loss of closeness, strife, sadness, anger and so on. How does radical acceptance work in such situations?
