I am also a light sleeper and even the slightest noise can disturb my sleep. Recently my brother has been making a bunch of noise in the middle of the night and I havent been able to sleep properly for the past 3 days. Thanks to you I know now that I need a pair of earplugs, thanks Sarah!!

I admit that I'm a sucker from a "grandma" aesthetic, too. I have a shabby-chic quilt that reminds me of my grandmother's house. It may sound strange for an adult, but it's become my security blanket and it definitely helps when I'm anxious.

The carpet triggers remind me it’s kinda like those sounds you hear when your making a bed, and you softly whip the blanket into place and spread it out!! It’s a really nice sound😂

Regarding your English disappearing linearly with your Spanish getting better: you don’t need to worry too much about that. English will still be your native language and when you use English more often in your everyday life again (espacially now that you allow yourself to have expat friends) it’ll naturally come back to you, even with your Spanish still improving :) also, we as viewers won’t notice too much, it’s most obvious to you. I also think many will be too tired to pay attention to things like these haha

I got a wooden coaster in Tallinn, too! I don't know about bees, but I bought the coaster because that region is known for their cedar, it smelled so good!
