I respect your opinion but jungkook has been regretting his decision for letting a third person get involved in their relationship, he truly regrets it. Even when Y/n was not with him all these 2 years, he never ever looked at other girls, she was still his one and only. And honestly I understand why he became dependable on alchohal, he had no one whom he could trust anymore, even his own friends keep telling him to forget Y/n and move on. But no one truly understood that he NEEDS her to HEAL. At our worst, we all try to escape from our miseries, that's how Jk became a drunkard because he needed ESCAPE.
What he did was wrong he trusted someone else over the person who loved him the most but it's not "unforgivable" because if we think practically it is not Jk's fault that she got into that accident, everything was planned, Jk was not aware of the outcomes. Arguments and fights happens in relationships but Y/n decided to run away( I don't blame her she felt betrayed when Jk didn't trust her). Both had no idea that a disaster is waiting for them, TUHEENA is the one to blame ONLY TUHEENA. Because if 2 years ago, Tauheena wasn't involved, Jk would have tried to explain his side, ask for forgiveness and "communicate" with Y/n. Maybe she would have even forgive him if the "accident" wouldn't have taken place and memory lose didn't happen. Trust me Jungkook's "mistake" isn't that big, it's all situation's fault. There's no doubt he LOVED her and STILL DOES. He just said those words on the heat of the situation when he never meant them.
In my opinion, they both suffered a lot in past 2 year, now they need to HEAL TOGETHER. Because we already saw no progress in their lives when they were away from each other. They both will "fix" each other. Breaking everything off isn't always the solution. Sometimes you have to communicate with your partner, understand each other's side of the story and heal each other in the process of loving.
