Yes true, but she isn’t teaching, she is just reading the Word of God. If she is pastoring men it’s a sin on her behalf, and the men you tolerate her lack understanding.
Btw the prophets both major and minor were all male. The disciples of Jesus, and the early apostles were all 100% male. The word of God was written down 100% by inspired men. The first lot of Christian martyrs were all male, despite the fact that the first report of Jesus resurrection was heard by woman.
P.S God is clear by His exclusive selection of men in all His ministry throughout the Old Covenant and the New Covenant.
How about 1) read in context the verse you quoted was about husbands and wives. 2) This is not a direct commandment from Christ but Paul’s words
3) she’s reading the word of God not teaching. There are plenty bible apps with woman’s voices. Is it her voice that offends you?
And since we are quoting bible verses here have this one. “And in the last days it shall be, God declares, that I will pour out my Spirit on ALL FLESH (not just men), and your sons AND YOUR DAUGHTERS SHALL PROPHESY, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams” Acts 2:17
Your thinking is like one of the Pharisees who got mad because Christ did a good thing by healing on a sabbath. Anything that advances the kingdom is a good thing. Is it because she’s doing a good thing by helping others read the bible that offends you?
You might want to try and condemn women with your legalism but Christ didn’t come and die for you to condemn others for doing good but for freedom to all. There are people including other women like myself who need to hear a woman’s voice reading the word of God. If you don’t like it you can always go and take your negativity to another video or platform. What are you doing for the kingdom of God?
@@creativechristiancontent God never ever said that in the last day me I’ll make woman leaders in the church, leaders in the word and in worship. So just because we prophesy doesn’t make us prophets, Herod Agrippa prophesied, king Saul prophesied, and Balaam’s donkey also spoke through the Spirit of God (yes God spoke through Balaam’s donkey). The leadership privilege is clearly seen even without looking at Holy Bible verses (23 or so major and minor prophets are explicitly male, even Jesus chose 12 explicit males, including the Timothy who replaced Judas Iscariot, the 16 apostles who were the sandals that were quick to spread the Gospel of Christ were explicitly male. Open your eyes ladies and see that God explicitly chose men to spread the Gospel of Salvation to all nations. Look at what God chose, men to lead in the Church and in the Home. Woman you can become presidents, astronauts, business directors and CEO’s, scientists, military personnel etc etc but God’s line is very clearly drawn even without looking at any Bible verses… Jesus didn’t say he was going to build the church on Mary his mother, or Martha and Mary Magdalene, or on Phillis, Anne, or Chloe, or Sapphira, or Phillip’s four daughters who prophesied etc etc Jesus built his church on a rock, yes the Messiah was a man… why didn’t God use woman like He used men (prophets, disciples, apostles, even former Temple priests/staff/levite men?
