No not all govt colleges r cheaper jamia , delhi univeristy , ip univeristy ( top notch govt physiotherapy universities) charge too much as govt college
While many good private univeristies mgumst , sau indore they charge not that much
Infact manipal , dy patil have so much good physiotherapy advancements which govt colleges can never acheive

True south k side ke colleges Bangalore Salem manglore etc. Me max 3 l per year me hota hai admission. 20 se 25 kahan se aya pata nahi Han kuch colleges ka hota hoga but max 3 4 ke range me hai

both are non medical centred but good institutes if we talk about the other things I would recommend NIU noida and Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical & Health Sciences but if u want to choose between ur options then Galgotias

government or private college me difference hai its not about the illiteracy or lack of knowledge but about the difficulty to get in a government college. its absolutely worth it and that's the reason not everyone gets job in government college
