6:41 coding dna sequences = less than 2% of the genome is given in ncert at page no. 120 (salient features of human genome) but you are claiming it as 99.9% ?????? 🤔🤔🤔
See here is what I think it means.. the human genome salient features say that 99.9% of the human genome ke nucleotide bases are exactly the same and only due to the 0.1% of the nucleotides, differences occur in people. When I did this in my school classes, my teacher linked the repetitive dna to this 0.1 % This is what I understood of it... Maybe I wrong...
mam, I am from nonmedical but I greatly enjoyed your session. I must have taken biology. You are excellent teacher for biology. your explanation is too good..
Firstly the sequences of the base from the crime scene DNA is obtained.. And then according to that the complementary base sequences are made which are then later matched with the expected criminals.

Bhutan main neet hoti hai?
~the DNA is present in WBC and absent in RBC.
hope that help👻
Absent in mature RBC
Mature RBC * cause RBC lacks nucleus
plz check 18:40
Thank you 😊 mujhe pata nahi tha
Blood samples contain WBCs also
When someone finally clears this after leaving dna profiling every time in two years..Thank you mam❤

Thanks for making concept more clear, dearest man💓💙💓
Ekdam acche se padhaya ye ..
Thanks

Thanku so much mem .....Ase bhi koi teacher pda skta h....aaj phli bar pta chla h...thanku so much..🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
She explained it well enough....beyond my expectations.. very good 😄😄
Hii
For the first time in my life mujhe DNA fingerprinting samjh aayaa.... Thanks a ton mam❤️
Non- coding dna ->99.9%
Coding dna ->0.1%
And rbc does not have any dna.. but it is the wbc which has it
10_60bp then mini settlite
VNTR
1_8bp then microsettlite
STR short tendon repeat
Question 2 see pura process smj aaya thanks ❣️
Aaj tak mujhe DNA fingerprinting itne easy tareke se nhi samjha
Thank you mam 👍
The way she says Bacchaa
Haaayeee...❤️🔥
Mam tum jitne ache dikte ho utne achhe teacher ho
Ma'am u r an excellent teacher...the way u taught and cleared the concepts it was rather unbelievable...thank u a lot..

Out of 2% 99%are coding while 1%is non coding

Thanks a lot Ma'am....
Northern blot -RNA
Southern blot -DNA
Western blot- protein
Mam 🥰you are such a amazing 👩🏫teacher when ever I see your video I feel I am score in NEET😇

Thanks Mam...
My "DNA fingerprinting" concept is very clear....
Thank you mam..
mam u r great ..... 2x p notes k sath pehli bar kar raha hun....
Mam,
U explained excellently.
Thanks a lot.
Please upload more and more.
Ap bht bht bht bht achha padhate ho
Ma'am u have mentioned 99.9% is coding dna
But in (v)point of salient features of DNA they have mentioned only 2% of the genome codes for proteins
Those points are really confusing.
Jo bhi hain ratta marlo aur kya😛😛
Glt pdha rhi h
@AYAZ KHAN she is telling it wrong bro pta nhi kya pdhate h glt Shi
On Pg120, under salient features read the (iii) point. 99.9% bases are same in all humans but 2% of the total genome of every human codes for protein.
@@barikakhalidi8004 ya.. You are right 👌
Mem you explain DNA fingerprint very easily
Thankuuu mem🥰🥰🥰
The way of teaching is really osm

Do we already know the sequence of the VNTRs? How do the probe's complementarity come into play? 🤔
Exactly dude....even I don't the answer
Firstly the sequences of the base from the crime scene DNA is obtained..
And then according to that the complementary base sequences are made which are then later matched with the expected criminals.
Finally I understand dna fingerprinting only because of u mam
You teach really well.
