    Coding dna ->0.1%
    And rbc does not have any dna.. but it is the wbc which has it

    6:41 coding dna sequences = less than 2% of the genome is given in ncert at page no. 120 (salient features of human genome) but you are claiming it as 99.9% ?????? 🤔🤔🤔

      See here is what I think it means.. the human genome salient features say that 99.9% of the human genome ke nucleotide bases are exactly the same and only due to the 0.1% of the nucleotides, differences occur in people. When I did this in my school classes, my teacher linked the repetitive dna to this 0.1 %
      This is what I understood of it... Maybe I wrong...

    Ma'am u have mentioned 99.9% is coding dna
    But in (v)point of salient features of DNA they have mentioned only 2% of the genome codes for proteins

      On Pg120, under salient features read the (iii) point. 99.9% bases are same in all humans but 2% of the total genome of every human codes for protein.

      Firstly the sequences of the base from the crime scene DNA is obtained..
      And then according to that the complementary base sequences are made which are then later matched with the expected criminals.

    You need to denature the DNA before using the nitrocellulose membrane...otherwise how would you expect the probes to bind with dna s..

    I think there is a mistake in concepts
    Because 98% of dna is non functional means non coding I..e introns.....ncert says that only 2 percent of genome codes
    And u r saying that 99.9 percent codes ....🤔🤔🤔🤔
