With the Azure DevOps Pipeline you are using a Service Principal. So what (seated or Per App per user) account will be the owner of any deployed Power Apps and, or used for the underlying connections, underpinning the connection references?
How would this work with Power Pages? I'm trying to set that up now... It seems like those use the portals/power pages for some parts and a solution for the other. I had thought that moving the site between environments "should" let me push the site part to an existing site in that environment, instead it seems to just copy it over (in a kind of broken state). I've seen almost no documentation on this, and I'm getting a lot of pressure to get progress on this.

Power pages solution support has just been added in preview, so you might want to give this one another go
