You should use pots more, I didn't use pots for like a year into my bedwars journey because I was scared that I might not use them correctly which is exactly what you are doing. You use your emeralds in a dumb way because you always focus too much on protection. Focus more on getting pearls and pots because as you play with them you will learn how to use them, thats what i did and it works out amazing
