Horse market Voorschoten 2023 The Netherlands

In front of the Voorschoten Museum, young and old could fight among themselves under the guidance of volunteers who could cut a cake in half first.
Voorschoten Horse Days 2023
This year the Horse Days were on July 28, 29 & 30, 2023. We could then enjoy a weekend that will be entirely devoted to drawing the horse and related activities.
Friday evening was for the catering establishments on the Voorstraat and the Paardennach in the Wapen van Voorschoten. On Saturday, July 29, the traditional Horse Market on the Voorstraat started early in the morning. There was also a pleasant annual market in the Schoolstraat, the Treubstraat and on the Treubplein from nine in the morning until the end of the afternoon. All kinds of children's activities were also organized in the Berkhout Park on Saturdays.
Saturday afternoon there was the short track trotting race on the Van Beethovenlaan with more participants this year than last year. After that, the catering establishments again provided the music and fun in the Voorstraat in the evening.
On Sunday afternoon the ring signing on the Voorstraat was on the program and the traditional senior afternoon took place.
