Great flip through! My favorite is the owl, very creative way of framing. I think that’s what draws you to the piece. I like the dragon piece, the heart border is really pretty. Have a great week!

I love these flip throughs you do ❤. I like the owl, the caravan, and the dragons. I just finished the owl from the 2025 keepsake calendar! My first finish of 2025! Didn’t use the white aida, though, I used a 28ct overdyed linen by XJuDesigns.

I love the dragon. Not sure when I will start it, but it is just too pretty to pass up. Because of your flip-throughs of The World of Cross Stitching, I have subscribed to the magazine for 2025. The January issue was the first I received. My observation is that the British love their backstitching. Not a bad thing because it sure does add a lot of dimension to the piece, but I am not much of a fan of actually doing the backstitch. Thank you for sharing.

Carol, do you think the Hello Winter piece could be stitched one little design on perforated paper and used as the face of a holiday card? Are they small enough for that? You can tell from my comment how far I’ve gotten on the flip through and I am enjoying it as usual. 🤩. The owl is an unusual piece and I love the colors! Maybe that extra opening is the hole in the tree that is the owl home? Thanks for sharing and have a great week.
