He gave Sean the chance to avenge his only loss, and he's gonna fight Merab next, and maybe Ilia. Sean could very well lose either one of those. And he outclassed Aljo, and bear Yan to get the title shot. He's fought lots of scrubs, but also is a proven champion level fighter.

He fought cans for sure but he also fought Bagov, Eldarov, Shamkhalaev, and Sandulistsky. Plus he fought a bunch at 170 (7 fights in 9 months so no way he was cutting weight).
He lacks names of his record but as far as performance goes, man was incredible. I wouldn’t put him top 5 all times tho

I feel like Santos, Reyes, and Smith for Jones were real iffy fights he never looked like world beater since . Aside from Cyril, leaning over and giving him his neck at heavyweight. Other than the Smith fight, Reyes and Santos could’ve easily judged for them . but luckily you got those judges. That even if you’re doing a sub par job they’re not going to score against you.
