- Hi every one I was overwhelmed by the amount of great comments my first video of this E-Bike got two years ago.So I thought why not show you how it stood up after logging 02,943 Welcome to the two year review.I realize you might have expected much more information on what needed replacing.
what shape is it in now after 3,300 miles as of 8/7/24 ? The battery is noticably weaker ! barely able to go 17 miles pedeling all the time in 3rd assist with exceptions of down hill grades of which barely charge the battery at all.And getting back home with zero battery is like pushing you'r car with the breaks on !!! First gear and so hard on a flat road you are worn out in no time ! If only you could free wheel ! the bike is heavy but the gearing is good I am sure you could use it with out the motor IF there was any way to do so.Now I replaced both tires and break pads.That is all I have done. To replace the battery is $600.00 dollars and IT IS NOT UL certified. Would I buy it again ? F-NO. perhaps now there are far better e-bikes out there with far better range unless the are liars too. Now not to end this on a poor note.The bike still is the best handling Bike next to a 1974 90 cc Kawasaki I ever had.

What range are you getting on your S18? I’ve had mine for 5 months now, love it but get max 10 miles on a full battery with ONLY pedaling. Aostirmotor sent me a new battery and I still get the same issue .
I get 13-17 or did rather .Just logged 3007 miles total and the battery is not as strong. 3rd assest 7th gear and peddle your sack off to get this range.
@@humblegeorge damn, I’m honesty thinking of selling it at this point, for 1k I would hope to get at least 20 miles
I paid $1,600 so I should have taken out stock in preperation H !!!! I have come to understand they are all lying . But think of this,who would you call 60 miles from home ? I have several steep hills to help me rebuild charge So that is why I can get 17 miles and black screen.
your review needs more reviewing in it. 95% of your video ain't it. Get to the point sooner, in far more detail, and more often. Or call this vid "cool old geezer taking a casual ride through pretty nature". What got worn, what got broken, replaced, what needed mending, tweaking, what do you feel will go out first, how0s the battery compared to when it was new, motor performance...? Is what i'd have liked to have seen.

The battery is much weaker now and can not make 17 miles with out spending every bit of charge.It has become looser in some ways and creaks as you peadle it .But I still like it.Love it ? No.Still takes 6 hours to charge.
I did another video not too long ago you might find more enjoyable.And please remember Old people tend to talk a lot as time for them is getting short.Cheers perhaps you might make a far better video some day :>)

Thinking of buying s18 (or maybe s17), with shipping costing extra 400 USD to Croatia, so trying to get as much info if it's worth it. Thanks for your reply and time. You made me laugh with the title change of the vid hahahaha. (still Davor here, typing from different computer).
I wondered if I might hear back from you.Glad to see you found my changing the name to you'r Idea. I liked it as it did fit better. We all need to use our sense of humor more these days.Times make us all tense and unhappy.Please check the new bikes out now first.This is not a good choice anymore if it ever was.Hub motors are all midrange power.No low,no high.I have to use it in 3rd assist .1st is worthless,2nd half assed,4th I can't peadle that fast and 5th is useless also. Just a heads up I rate the bike a 30 out of 100.

Yes I feel the same way.We need Sanity !!! this freak show has to stop.Pretending is fun when you know the truth and the difference between them.Donald Trump has an outstanding record of brilliance ,kindness and love for the average Human Being.That can be actually felt at least by me.And honestly this youtube channel never would have existed with out Donald saying." no longer will the voice of the poor and worthless be silenced " America is for the people by the people.I had lost hope as a disabled truck driver and after the Obongo days was hanging by a thread . God be Praised He gave us Donald Trump as President.
