  • On this video i am making end grain cutting board from ash and thermally treated ash.

    i would really love to know a cut list. I can quite wrap my head around the dimensions

      If I remember correctly, the blocks were 46x46 mm and the light strip in the middle of the block was 10 mm wide.

      Those are cutting board rubber feets.

    Do you have any plans for your steel clamping jig?

      No, i dont. I just did took some piece of MDF, added wooden edges, and installed bolts and nuts.

    What size do the pieces end up being? Looks great.

      Blocks are ca 46x46mm. Board size is ca 280x420mm. 40mm thick.

    very nice... How long do you let in soak in the mineral oil?

      I soak them about hour - two. Then i will let them dry overnight, and then coating with oil-beeswax mixture.

      This is food safe mineral oil.
