hi @thabz285. You pay customs upon the arrival of the package. It's import fees/ exchange fee/ Tax(VAT), if you don't pay customs your package will be returned after days specified.

How do u pay the tax fee??

Hey @InnocentGideonMussah, the process of paying is the same as when you're paying for something online with your card. They will send an email indicating how much your fee will be. They will also attach a payment link on the same email. The email is from the courier company that will be delivering your package. In my case, it was from Buffalo. They will also give you a call to make you aware that they sent you an email. I hope this helps 😊
