I think it’s almost more… mundane, than what you’d want for a theme of Paris or Marseilles. For those you’d want a sweeping, grand song. Here this is short, choppy and simple, with plucking staccatos and really only four instruments: the piano, the bass, the accordion(s, possibly), and the clarinet.
@@juses7584 ok so: There's this dance school at the center of London, and all the ballerinas are trying their choreography, with the teacher going *un deux trois, un deux trois* during the flute segment (1:55). Well, during the piano segment, there's this little kid who's looking at them from the window, and he's developing a crush for one of these girls; at one point he takes out some paper and starts sketching her, then he waits. When the class is done and the girls were leaving for the day, he goes to this girl, says something like "you're really cute" and gives her his sketch timidly; surprisingly, she is somewhat happy of his drawing and gives the kid a kiss on the forehead. And like they walk the road home together or something. I know, it's all really sugary, but for some reason that's the atmosphere this song gave me 😅 Also, I thought Becky and young Luke would be the two protagonist of this image for some reason ☺️
A shame that there is a point in the game in which once you reach there you won't hear this music again because you can't travel again to the present
Wait really? I didn't know that :(
I've sung this in the shower for 10 years
Omg same. Not specifically the shower but it will just pop into my head like hey remember me

Truely a true gentleman
This is so... London. You might think it would sound French with the accordion, but no. This is literally London made into music.

UnLondon SCP-1678 theme song
Finally, an extend version :D
I had a little scene in my mind about this music, maybe one day I'll write more about it. 😘
I'm curious now

this sounds like what I would hear In A waltz
And I love it.
A Victorian London Waltz
Correct, my fellow Kirby..
My pleasure, Professor Barber, Happy to be of service. Anything Else?
It's strange they didn't reuse this version in the Last Specter (which uses the future London version instead).
Every subsequent game uses the Future London theme or has a remix of it, which includes Last Spectre, Azran Legacy and Millionaires' Conspirancy
Danke für's uploaden ! :)
Welcome to London
I always preferred this to the Future London themes and it's all because of that boppy syncopated piano at the beginning of the round.
Reminds me of the small village in England I grew up in.
that reminds me of a puzzle
Luke Barber XD
Cant hit em anymoar
Usuarillo Never thought there'd be another response... And one so with the times T-T
This song sounds a bit like the gate room music in A Witch's Tale, just not as slow.
LANDAN TAHN
I still prefer it to the future london theme
