Most of the time throughout Yugi events you’re playing 10+ hours of cards, you’re not getting the best nutrition throughout that time but staying hydrated helps keep your focus and keeps you sharp. I spent most tournaments of my life in constant dehydration and suffering from headaches and it was just because I wasn’t drinking enough. Invest in a nice metal water bottle. It’s life changing.
