@@dinamac01 Hi! After completing induction and receiving the certificate I did not pay for the advanced and executive certifications. It really depends on your personal goals and schedule. The program was exciting at first but then I could not find the time to continue the other leadership courses. I personally did not see any value in continuing to purchase and earn the additional certificates. However, if you enjoy setting personal goals, working on self-improvement, and achieving leadership certifications then it might be worthwhile. Your experience in the NSLS is dependent on the dedication and time that you put into the programs, it is extremely self-driven. Hopefully this provides some clarity and insight for you!

Although there is a one time membership fee to join the organization, all the other advanced leadership certificates require additional payments. The NSLS is a online honor society that offers leadership certificates, merchandise, and scholarship opportunities.
Hi, the program took about 4-5 weeks for me to complete. Most of the time was spent fulfilling the requirement of 3 Team Success Meetings that were conducted weekly. The only writing I did was for the 3 meeting reports and the questions asked about the two videos (Orientation and Induction). Other than that the speaker broadcasts did not require any writing. Hope this information helped!
