I suppose every birthday party for a dog is a surprise party! I got talked into hosting a dog party a few years ago. The younger dogs loved it. The older dogs kept giving us dirty looks. It was fun! Now we're on to our next dogs (the older dogs died, sadly). Three of us in our extended family adopted dogs within a month or so of each other. Someone else hosted a "get to know the dogs" party several weeks ago. I'm putting together a video with clips from it - plenty of funny moments!
