On every USCIS official paper work it states that any moving or changing any thing you must let them ASAP.. How come you still have your green card that was supposed to be taking back day of interview.
I heard someone case na, over a year na di pa dumating un 10yrs Green card nila so ngfile na sila derecho ng US citizenship at approved naman siya. As long as na reach mo na yun 3yrs requirements as PR & married with US citizen I think good to go to file N400 kahit wala pa un 10yrs GC mo on hand. :)
Nope! I still kept it. For the test / Interview day you never really know what you're gonna get asked so make sure to bring all supporting documents, I brought a copy of my greencard and naturalization application (though it was not brought up) but it's always better to be prepared. Very important - your interview letter notification!
I dont think thats affect for applying US citizenship, I know someone still in ROC process no 10yrs Greencard yet and already filed US citizenship and got approved. I think thats fine as long as you reached your requirements also you have your 2yrs temporary Greencard just in case they looking for it. :)
On what date did you do the Oat ceremony for certificate? I know you did the interview October 17, but I'm curious as to how long it takes for the ceremony.
