Honestly , I was scared off watching the students video and also Google reviews. I finally decided to go only by ratings as it is not possible for us to judge unless we personally know someone who has studied there.

Then maybe you should use the official University account to do so. I would expect y'all to hire better PR since y'all charge a fortune for your shitty courses. Anyway these tactics or changing your logos won't help your cause, instead try to raise the standard of your services.

Hi Orest, we are absolutely not in the habit of removing comments, and did not do so in this case. That might be evident from the fact that other not exactly favourable opinions are still there for everyone to see. However, we do know that UA-cam has limited tolerances for comments attacking and/or addressing people directly, especially when their names are included. So a little tip from us; if your comment gets taken down again, repost it (luckily you seem to have it on file) but make sure to not include people's full names. Additionally, we regret that your very short time with us left you feeling less than satisfied. We apologize for this, and are open to having a conversation if you feel that would help.

I did not break any community guidelines nor did I attack anyone therefore why it was gone the next day is a mystery to me because it certainly wasn't flagged. And once again, you pretend to care with your "We regret that you weren't satisfied..." but had you been regretful, you would have fixed these issues back then and made your wrongs into right. SRH never cared about the satisfaction of the students so pretending that you do on social media is disgusting. Still, to this day, you have not addressed a single thing I have said. All you have done is run around in circles with general claims. I mean hey, you have a hell of a crisis management team but you fail to listen to your students. I'm not the one who needs a conversation because there is no help from you. All you guys have done is damage us and rob us of a proper education.
