These Workouts are Amazing! After losing a lot of my weight through walking around my court 11 yrs ago and then getting into shape with dance fitness over the last 7 years. This is a new wakeup call to my core! For the last 12 months my body has changed dramatically due being in late Peri and I was struggling to see a way out with my fitness! So I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart when I say you truly have given me a new lease on life!!! Thank you Heather!!! I was huffing and puffing from start to finish. Nice way to do some cardio. I prefer strenght training but I know how important it is to incorporate cardio in the mix. A lil bit of both ofc. I feel a lil sick today, flu and cold but i refused to lie down and feel pity for myself, so i got up and joined today's sweat sesh. I didnt go heavy with the weight tho, but ended up drenching in sweat. More focus on the form and breathing, feeling so good after finished.
Don't let the slightly shorter duration of this workout fool you, those muscles will be fatigued and you'll be drenched by the end (I know I am!🥵💪🏻😂). Shoulders were on 🔥 by that last round. Definitely one of my favorite workouts so far in this series! Saving it to my favorites and I'm sure I'll do it many more times, such a great challenge! Thanks Heather for always providing a great variety of workouts and movements💜
