That Vishaka case was not about delhi nirbhaya case.. both are totally different.. Vishakha vs State of Rajasthan gave the country Vishakha Guidelines based on which Sexual Harrasment at Workplace was bought. Delhi rape case gave us Nirbhaya Act also known as Criminal Law Amendment act 2013 defines consensual sex. Please correct or edit and put the correct information.

But no law in India gives his wife any right over the husband's property, but only over his his earning. Court will order maintenance depends on the lifestyle and the earning of the husband. But if the woman is educated and qualified and is purposely not working so that she gets maintenance, then court is aware of this and may not give her maintenance.
