I agree. I tried some kyries and felt like they were too tight around the pinky side of my toes. KD’s have been the only shoes that are comfortable for me (I’m on my third pair)
@@rasyad1994 I would agree the Kyrie 7 is a great shoe for wider feet, i personally wouldn’t recommend the new kyrie infinity considering they cramped my feet even a half size up and we’re generally uncomfortable
I didnt see the whole video but if you want to buy this shoe keep note that the thing that goes over the laces will stick less over time. For example i saw someone at the basketball court near my house that had these shoes. That thing that goes over the laces kept on bothering him because it kept not attaching properly. So thats definitely something to be aware of
One thing I noticed is that break in doesn’t take that long. It only took me about 5 hoop sessions to break them in. One thing I would recommend is don’t wear these outdoors for basketball. The traction will get ruined because the grooves are really soft.
@@t._____keane my friend had the eps they durable af. They have like a synthetic hard rubber for the grooves and the friction for outdoor courts is perfect. I dont think they will do well on indoor courts cuz i feel the synthetic fibres will be very smooth on the molecular level whereas they prove to be good on outdoors as the cement is rough. Ive got mine in particle grey! Thx for the reply btw
I think it's great that you are covering cheaper shoes. However, in almost every case, someone would be better served by purchasing a discounted premium line over these lower-tier models. That said, that advice doesn't apply to terrible premium shoes that top athletes won't even wear, such as the Lebron 19.
I’ve hooped playing several games and going to several practice for the last 2 years. And I’ve had to wipe every 4 or so plays but traction is really good. Strap also locks my foot down really good. Pretty comfortable. Good heel padding. Perfect stops on dimes for me, and I play on a semi dusty court. Very light shoe. Getting Jas soon to replace but they’re really good overall
It's so weird to me that people treat shoes and cellphones the same. Would rather buy a lower tier that is considered a "new release" even though they could buy last year's upper tier model for cheaper than the current lower tier and get better specs than the new lower tier one in every way.
They didn't change the compound of the outsole its exactly the same as KD Trey 5 ix, and I have the gum coloured sole one too which was a great grip. Don't play with these outdoors, the rubber is far far far too soft, wont last more than a few days.
@@maricar2187 i bought the EP version and i must say that the grip is pretty good Grooves are thin but strong asf, you cannot move or bend the grooves with your finger It took me 2 weeks to see minor to minor tears in the traction, which is still good compared to other basketball outdoor shoes I've worn Also the torsion support is strong, the shoe won't fold easily in the EP version They're squeaky asf too even on dusty courts, I've played on only outdoor courts keep in mind
I find most basketball shoes have me walking on my toes, like high heels or something. Are these flat, or higher in the rear like most basketball shoes? I really like low to the ground and flat
Are these any good for playing outdoors? There aren’t any indoor courts around me so I only play outdoors and I want to know if these are durable enough so I don’t have to buy another pair literally every month
Yes u can. Use them. Outdoors if u get the xdr rubber version I'm using this in outdoors cemented courts for 9 months great traction with a loud squeak
These roll over way too easily if you’re a shifty guard. They’re amazingly comfortable tho but I can’t hoop in them since my main move is snatch back and spins.
if you want a budget shoe then go for the giannis immortalities. the traction is top tier. the only bad thing is that the shoe rips in a month if u play in them too much
It's pretty similar in my opinion. It kinfa has a weird feeling in the front because of the L shaped pattern in the outsole. I sized up half on mine though.
I hate to tell you that curved heels aren’t just for landing 💀💀💀 You might also have curved heels to make strides smoother if your heel strikes the ground first. Not to mention, without this curve you might as well just play in the Jordan 1s. The curved heel softens impact on strides and makes stepping into a jump a lot smoother.
As someone with wide toes, this is like the only shoe I have found recently that has a wide toe box. Also its light as hell which is super nice.
so do you recommend this shoe for a wide footer

Hey Man ... love your reviews ... and I have a question plz?
KD Trey 5 X or Kyrie 8 Infinity? Wich one is better in your opinion?
Kyrie 8 infinity
Here before this video blows up.
Nike kd trey 5x vs nike immortality ep3 which is gud for outdoor court for a point guard
I find most basketball shoes have me walking on my toes, like high heels or something. Are these flat, or higher in the rear like most basketball shoes?

The 10s are good too

There is no difference in terms of performance.
When u play a lot in theses shoes the air unit will give u blister where the air unit is place
add timeline for like traction, cushion etc
I bought a black and white 1 of these and they picked up dust alot and was kinda hard to get rid of idk if its just my pair or smth

Which shoe should I get zoom freak 4 or kd trey 5 x
