We sat in seat 12b and 12c from KL to Butterworth and stored our luggage in front of us. There isn’t enough space for the big suitcases. One toilet for both business and gold class. We couldn’t buy anything other than what was given. The screen attached to the seats had very slow internet. Ended up using my phone data
@fishy3398, there is limited seats (only 32 seats) for business class and only available on Platinum trains. The Platinum trains only open for booking 24 hours before the departure time via online. You may try to book early.
This is extremely informative. It doesn’t look like there’s a lot of space in the luggage rack if I have two airline 23 kg size baggage. I heard that you can buy tickets the day before travel. Is this correct? Thank you
@thomaswilke6312, yea, you are correct, not much space on the luggage rack. There are luggage space above the seat but it is for small cabin bags. You may need to consider. Yes, for Business Class seats which is under Platinum ETS train, the tickets are only shown 24 hours before departure time if you check online. You may plan your travel accordingly. if you order the food and baverage from the tab, will the staff serve it for you? or pick up at the train cafe?
They will send it for you. No need to pick up from cafe
